We ensure that the shops we endorse have the right training, tools, equipment, and access to parts to be able to effectively service your EV. We’ve organized the network into Three categories to help you choose the right service provider for your needs:
Basic: Shops that have the right tools, equipment, and training to perform basic services on your EV including tires, brakes, suspension, and accessory installation.
Intermediate: Shops that have gone through EV specific training and have access to OEM software diagnostic tools and parts needed to service all low voltage systems on your electric vehicle including drivetrain, power doors and locks, infotainment, HVAC, air suspension, and driver assist sensors.
Advanced: Shops that have undergone high voltage training and can service high voltage systems including, charge ports, onboard chargers, DC fast charging, and high voltage batteries.
